Design/Build of a custom, 5,100 s.f. residence in Cary, Illinois.  Work included a gourmet kitchen, architectural woodwork, wood flooring, a custom window package and extensive landscaping.

Historical Landmark Residence, Evanston, Illinois - Restoration and remodel of a 5,000 s.f., historical landmark residence.  Work included the restoration of 100 year-old windows and doors, lowering the existing basement floor slab, water-proofing the existing basement walls, underpinning foundations, installing a built-in exercise swimming pool, a gourmet kitchen, extensive architectural woodwork and wood flooring.
