Chicago Catholic Cemeteries, Hillside, Illinois.  General Contracting work to furnish and install two, custom, elevators inside of the Christ The King Mausoleum.  Work included structural under-pinning of existing foundation systems, shaft walls, new electrical services, design-build fire alarm systems and stone finishes.

Commodore - Green Brier, Chicago, Illinois Life-Safety Remediation of two, 100% occupied, 100 + year old residential condominium tower buildings in Chicago, Illinois. Work included the installation of a new fire sprinkler system in a 100+ year-old building; a new, voice-addressable, fire alarm system in two buildings; and multiple remediation activities that required compliance with the City of Chicago’s Life Safety Evaluation requirements.  A new 12” water service, fire pump and a dedicated electrical service were required, along with daily logistics, protection and cleaning of fully occupied residences.
